How do I get my ticket?+
The moment your payment goes through, a PDF lands in your inbox from tickets@arenax.co.za. One page per ticket, each with its own QR code. Check spam and promotions if you don't see it within a few minutes, or WhatsApp us on +27 64 684 4707 with your name and we'll resend it.
What's the R200 / R250 thing?+
The first 500 General Admission tickets are R200 and include your first drink in any brand tent. When they're gone, General Admission is R250 (no drink). Same access either way. The counter on this page is live.
Can I buy for friends?+
Yes. Pick the quantity at checkout (or grab a Squad Pass: five General Admission tickets for R1 000). You'll get one PDF with a page per ticket; forward each page to the person using it. Each QR scans once.
Is it 18+?+
Yes, Red Star Festival is an 18+ event and alcohol is only served to people over 18. Bring ID if you're lucky enough to look young.
What's the VIP difference?+
VIP indoor event areas on top of the general area, VIP food & drink courts, a welcome drink on arrival and a fast-track entry lane. 100 VIP tickets in total.
What is a Red Star Table?+
The VVIP option for a group of ten: the La Casona VVIP bar with two bespoke bottles of your choice, access to the VIP and general areas and the VIP & VVIP food and drink courts, a dedicated parking space, and a host who looks after you. Ten tables in total. Ideal for a year-end function that nobody has to organise.
Parking and transport?+
It's an Uber event with drop-off at the gate. Park & ride is available from Canal Walk, The Paddocks and Mediclinic Milnerton; there is no dedicated parking for General Admission or VIP. Red Star Tables include a parking space. Don't drink and drive.
Times? Food? Re-entry?+
The festival runs 10:00 to 22:00 on Sunday 29 November. Food and refreshments are sold on site and the bars are card-friendly. Re-entry policy and the full programme will be confirmed closer to the day; follow @arenax_ct for updates.
Refunds?+
Tickets are non-refundable except where the law requires it or the event is cancelled. The line-up and timings may change.
